What is The Loan Fund?

Formed in 1989, the New Mexico Community Development Loan Fund is a private, tax-exempt organization that provides loans, training and business consulting to entrepreneurs, business owners and non-profit organizations throughout the state and the entire Navajo Nation. Our services support the efforts of low-income individuals and their communities to achieve self-reliance and control over their economic destinies. The Loan Fund has successfully assisted hundreds of small business owners and non-profit organizations over the years. For more information, view The Loan Fund brochure (pdf).

Stewardship of The Loan Fund: 2006 Audit

"Our logo is blue and yellow, but we’ve gone “green!”

The Loan Fund is pleased to announce that we have completed our annual audit process for 2006. This year, as part of our efforts to reduce paper usage and maintain our planet’s environment, we have, for the first time, made the audit available on our website. You may review the document online or download and print it. Thank you for helping us in our “green” initiative! View The Loan Fund 2006 Audit (pdf).
